Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) is seeking a Producer on the Employee Health & Benefits team in West Des Moines, IA. You will lead high-quality growth of the EH&B practice by networking, retaining and expanding revenue while leveraging MMA resources.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree, 5+ years EH&B insurance sales, and licenses in Health & Benefits and Life Insurance. Strong relationship-building, communication, and organizational skills are essential. Hybrid work arrangement offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years of EH&B insurance sales or industry experience
• Licensed in Health & Benefits and Life Insurance
• Strong collaborative and relationship-building skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; able to learn other applications
