You will prospect and close mid-market Employee Benefits accounts, advise executives on cost containment, plan design, and wellness strategies, and partner with internal teams to drive long-term client retention.

Qualifications

• Active Life & Health (L&H) Insurance License.
• Proven track record in Commercial Employee Benefits production (middle-market preferred).
• Entrepreneurial drive with a track record of scaling revenue.
