Job summary

Management & Training Corporation (MTC) is seeking an HR Benefits professional to administer the 401K plan and coordinate billing, vendor payments, and employee inquiries. The role supports HRIS data integrity and benefits communications while assisting with leave coverage and eligibility checks.

The position reports to the Director, Employee Benefits and requires strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience in HR, benefits, insurance, retirement plans or accounting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be proficient in Word and Excel with advanced functions.

Responsibilities

• Administer the 401K plan including updates, reporting, and payroll funding.
• Coordinate direct bill process for employees on unpaid leave.
• Provide oversight for payment of vendor invoices.
• Support employees and managers with benefits questions and concerns.
• Coordinate communications to employees regarding life insurance claims and beneficiary filings.
• Assist with data validation and system testing to improve HRIS performance.
