Job summary

Defense Logistics Agency in Whitehall, OH is seeking a Human Resources Specialist (Employee Benefits) to work in a PaCE developmental capacity under supervision. You will provide the full range of employee benefits services and advise employees on CSRS, CSRS Offset, and FERS.

Responsibilities include processing applications for benefits programs, ensuring proper documentation, and resolving issues by explaining laws and coordinating with customers, private sector or other federal staff.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Guides on FEHB, FEGLI, FEHB programs, and FSAs.
• Processes applications for Employee Benefits Programs with complete documentation.
• Resolves problems by explaining laws/regulations and coordinating with customers or others.
