Job summary

Holmes Murphy in Dallas, TX is seeking a Financial Consultant to provide financial and clinical consulting on employee benefit health and welfare plans. You will run monthly financial reporting, present results, and support CLUE reporting and tool development.

The role requires 5-7 years in insurance, Life & Health license or ability to acquire, and strong analytical and client-management skills to deliver impactful solutions for clients.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma; college degree preferred.
• Experience: 5-7 years applicable experience in insurance industry.
• Licensing: Active Life & Health Insurance agent’s license or ability to acquire within 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Provides Financial/Clinical consulting to clients regarding employee benefit health and welfare plans.
• Runs and analyzes client monthly financial reporting (MFSR) and presents results to clients.
• Develops financial reporting enhancements and CLUE reporting.
• Builds and maintains financial/clinical models to support client teams.
