Aligned Talent Acquisition is seeking Labor & Employment Associate Attorneys who may be open to exploring a new firm environment. This opportunistic search includes Am Law 50, 100, and 200 firms, as well as respected regional firms and boutiques across multiple markets.

We aim to connect with attorneys seeking more meaningful litigation and counseling responsibility, greater client exposure, and improved mentorship and advancement paths, with a better balance between billables and life.

Qualifications

• Experience handling management-side employment litigation.
• Experience with employment counseling and compliance.
• Knowledge of discrimination, retaliation, wage-and-hour matters.
• Experience with restrictive covenants and workplace investigations.
• Familiarity with traditional labor relations.
