Arias Agencies is looking for its newest team member! We’re hiring an Employee Benefits Coordinator in our Columbia, MD office. Our company manages benefits packages for several unions in Maryland, D.C., and Northern Virginia. The Coordinator will enroll new union members, answer benefit questions, and make necessary changes. They must be willing to obtain a health and life insurance license if selected. This role is rewarding, often involving client birthday parties and other special events. The coordinator must be passionate about helping people, go above and beyond to serve clients, and manage contract renewals every 24 months. We have a family atmosphere, offer support, and welcome diverse backgrounds—truck drivers, teachers, electricians, and plumbers. Previous union experience is preferred but not required.

The Company is rapidly expanding and will open new offices in Owings Mills and Prince George’s County. Candidates willing to enter our management track program and eventually take a leadership role in one of these new locations are encouraged to apply.
