Job summary

The Baldwin Group in Texas is seeking a Client Manager, Employee Benefits to support the employee benefits needs of diverse clients with prompt, accurate service. You will prepare client presentations, claim reports, renewal details, and data for marketing efforts to explore alternative coverages and plans.

Requirements include a state license, a bachelor’s degree (preferred) and 2+ years in related roles, plus strong MS Office skills and ability to learn industry software systems.

Qualifications

• Strong presentation skills, both verbal and written communications.
• Current state License required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred plus 2+ years of related experience.
• Moderate to advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, Publisher, Outlook and PowerPoint and ability to learn insurance systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage client service calendar including onboarding and renewals for all lines of coverage.
• Prepare executive summaries for clients with claim experience, benchmarking and renewal recommendations.
• Coordinate 5500 filings, plan documentation and Open Enrollment preparation.
• Communicate expectations with clients professionally and proactively.
• Develop client relationships and liaise with insurance company partners.
