Blake & Uhlig P.A. in Overland Park, KS, seeks an Employee Benefits Associate with 0–5 years of experience. You will advise clients and plan service providers on ERISA, PPACA, HIPAA, and related laws affecting benefit plans, and draft plan documents and SPDs.

The position requires Kansas Bar admission or eligibility and may involve supporting qualified retirement and self-funded health and welfare plans; attend client meetings; competitive salary and strong benefits package are offered.

Competenze

• 0–5 years of employee benefits experience.
• Experience with ERISA, PPACA, HIPAA and related laws.
• Drafting plan documents, amendments, SPD and policy drafting.
• Prior experience with qualified retirement or self-funded health/welfare plans preferred.
• Kansas Bar admission or eligibility required.
