Employee Benefits Associate Analyst - Career Development Program

Join to apply for the Employee Benefits Associate Analyst - Career Development Program role at USI Insurance Services.

General Description: The Employee Benefits Analyst Program provides in-depth training to develop technical expertise in financial analysis and benefit plan strategies. Associates join a mentorship business group led by industry experts to enhance skills and increase responsibility levels. The program includes organized activities for networking with senior executives and team members across business lines, as well as involvement in USI Gives Back community service initiatives.

Program Overview: The Employee Benefits Career Track Program offers over 950 hours of formal training and practical experience:

  • Months 1-3: 100% training
  • Months 4-6: 50% training; 50% fieldwork
  • Months 7-12: 20% training; 80% fieldwork

Participants will build networking and relationship skills.

Responsibilities include:

  • Creating financial deliverables for various clients
  • Using analytical tools to identify cost reduction opportunities
  • Illustrating insurance carrier renewals and proposals
  • Preparing market review analyses
  • Writing summaries of observations and findings
  • Managing workflow of a partial book of business
  • Receiving mentorship and guidance
  • Staying current on industry trends, legislation, and technology
  • Participating actively in training sessions to gain necessary knowledge for the Benefit Analyst role

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
