Responsibilities

• Learn and use the agency management system to support benefits analysis and reporting.
• Support analysts by shadowing client meetings and internal strategy discussions.
• Assist with data analysis, entry, and validation for employee benefits plans and renewals.
• Compile records and reports to support client service and compliance.
