This internship may lead to full-time employment opportunities upon graduation. We're excited to help you grow with us! **Key Responsibilities:*** Support the Employee Benefits team across a wide range of operational activities with professionalism.* Learn our agency management system and shadow Account Managers and Producers.* Support the front-line service team by assisting with daily administrative and client-service tasks.* Attend client renewal meetings and support preparation of materials. **Qualifications:*** Must be able to commute to our North Carolina or South Carolina offices.* Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program.* Preferred majors include Business Management, Marketing, Communications, Risk Management & Insurance, Actuarial Science, or related fields.* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Outlook.* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.* Curious, motivated, and eager to learn about the insurance industry and grow professionally *The Hilb Group is an equal opportunity employer, and we actively support and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws prohibiting all forms of discrimination in employment.
