The Hilb Group is offering an internship program in Richmond, VA, designed to give undergraduates exposure to Property & Casualty and Employee Benefits. You will rotate across departments, assist with policy documents, renewals, endorsements, and proposals, and participate in data checks and meetings to learn risk assessment and client retention strategies.

Competenze

• Preferably enrolled in an undergraduate program.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable communicating on the phone.
