Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry experience.
• Active licensing required.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.

• High accuracy in handling large workloads.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• High School Diploma (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Client management: manage an assigned book of business, ensuring performance requirements are met.
• Client service: deliver outstanding service and respond quickly to requests.
• Team leadership: lead the account team with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Daily activities: direct daily activities of Account Coordinators and assign tasks.
• Business growth: identify and act on sales opportunities to grow IOA business.
• New business setup: manage data gathering, client file creation, and carrier communications.
• Renewal process: manage renewals, verify data, obtain rates, and coordinate training.
• Client relationships: build and improve client relationships and seek feedback.
