Job summary

HUB International is seeking an Employee Benefits Account Manager to manage client accounts, handle service requests, and work with clients to provide quotes, endorsements, or renewals. The role requires processing client information, maintaining files, and supporting sales efforts.

The position involves reviewing applications, maintaining positive carrier relationships, and assisting in meeting office goals. Licensing in Life/Health is preferred but can be obtained within 90 days of hire.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in account management or service

Responsibilities

• Manage client accounts including processing service requests, policy changes, cancellations, and other functions, handling book of business as available
• Review insurance applications and policies to ensure initial compliance and underwriting guidelines
• Provide insurance information and support to Sales Executives in written forms
• Screen and process insurance applications
• Prepare and compile a variety of insurance-related documents
• Market existing and new accounts
• Maintain all records and carrier relationships
• Assist in meeting office sales goals
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
