Job description

Manage a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact for all employee benefits-related matters.

Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular communication and proactive account management.

Collaborate with the internal team to design and implement customized benefits programs that align with each client's organizational goals and budgetary constraints.

Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory updates to ensure compliance and provide expert guidance to clients.

Act as a strategic advisor to clients, offering insights and recommendations to optimize their employee benefits offerings and enhance employee satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in employee benefits account management, especially with clients having 100-500 lives.
  • Strong knowledge of health insurance, retirement plans, wellness initiatives, etc.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with clients.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make strategic recommendations.
Day-to-day
  • Engage with clients to understand their benefits needs and provide strategic guidance.
  • Work with the team to develop tailored benefits packages.
  • Stay updated on industry and regulatory changes to ensure compliance.
  • Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and account management.
