Account Executive

What You Do:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring service needs and retention.
  • Assist Producers with prospect deliverables: plan design, financial analysis, funding review, and goal setting. Participate in prospect presentations.
  • Provide plan design and financial solutions to meet employee attraction, retention, and budget needs, including risk mitigation and compliance consultation.
  • Prepare and execute service plans, oversee team tasks, and deliver reports such as stewardship and experience reports.
  • Coordinate with team managers and internal/external resources to ensure quality and timely delivery.
  • Attend client meetings, conduct coverage reviews, and develop strategies with carriers and vendors.
  • Lead marketing processes, including underwriting, rate negotiations, and presenting findings to clients.

Your Education And Experience:

  • Life and Health license required with ongoing education; professional designations preferred.
  • Strong leadership, mentoring, and training skills.
  • Minimum five years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities and willingness to travel.
  • Technical knowledge of benefits coverage and plan options.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail, urgency, and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
