Arrow Senior Living in Hudson, OH is seeking a Care Partner to support residents with daily living, companionship, and safety in a home-like setting. This full-time role follows a 12-hour shift schedule: Week 1 Tue, Thu, Fri; Week 2 Mon, Sat, Sun, 6:00pm–6:00am.

You should be at least 18, with a high school diploma, English communication, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. We offer benefits including 401(k) match, health insurance, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with our Residents!
• Positive and energetic attitude toward our Residents!
• Possess computer skills to print documents and enter information about our Residents.
• Must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• Must have the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
• Criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
