Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Read/write/understand/communicate in English.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward residents.
• Computer skills to print documents and enter information.
• Active: standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping.
• Lift/move up to 50 pounds.
• Assist with sitting, standing and walking; assist after a fall.
• Criminal background clearance.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, oral care).
• Create a compassionate, empathetic environment for residents.
• Support residents in daily activities with a positive, engaging approach.
