Qualifications

• Associate degree required.
• Current license to practice as Physical Therapist Assistant in the applicable state.

• American Heart Association Health Care Provider Basic Life certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Physical Therapist in delivering physical therapy.
• Document patient progress notes and treatment outcomes.
• Provide prescribed procedures under supervision and adjust per patient status.
• Coordinate workload and supervise the Physical Therapy aide as directed.
