  • Experience: Physical Therapist Assistant may be entry level.
  • Certifications: American Heart Association Health Care Provider Basic Life Support Certification.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Physical Therapist in providing physical therapy and document patient progress notes.
  • Modify treatment procedures within the plan as patient status changes.
  • Provide technical assistance and direction to the Physical Therapy aide and coordinate workload in the department.
