You will help with meals, mobility, transportation, hygiene, and safety while maintaining a positive attitude, clear communication, and professional standards with clients and families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 18 years old unless driving duties apply (21+).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation if driving duties are required.
• One year of health care experience preferred.
• Experience with seniors or adults with special needs preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Flexible schedule availability.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and assist with transfers.
• Background check clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living.
• Support home environment with light cleaning, laundry, shopping, and safety.
• Prepare and serve meals; assist with feeding as needed.
• Observe for health changes and escalate concerns when needed.
• Run errands and accompany to appointments as required.
• Maintain a sanitary, safe, and clutter-free environment.
• Communicate professionally with members, families, and agencies.
• Comply with policies, safety, and regulatory laws.
• Additional duties as assigned.
