Qualifications

• Prior experience with seniors or special needs preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multi-task and manage time.
• Flexible schedule.
• Lift up to 50 pounds; physical assistance.
• Background check and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily living assistance and personal care for members.
• Perform home support tasks (light cleaning, laundry, shopping, safety checks).
• Prepare and serve meals and assist with feeding.
• Observe health changes and escalate concerns.
• Run errands as needed for appointments or supplies.
• Ensure member safety and sanitary environment.
• Communicate professionally with members, families, staff, and providers.
