Hall of Fame Healthcare Center is seeking an LPN with genuine empathy and patience to care for residents. The role emphasizes a caring approach, strong work ethic, integrity, and competence in day-to-day tasks. The position is full-time on the 1st shift (7am-7pm).

The LPN will conduct assessments, complete admissions, manage discharges, provide wound care, lead CNAs/CMTs, and respond to emergencies while adhering to facility protocols and physician orders.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated competence in nursing duties per facility protocol.

Responsibilities

• Provide wound care: follow protocols, irrigation, packing, dressing changes.
• Lead CNAs/CMTs and ensure policy compliance.
• Respond promptly to emergencies.
