Job summary

Best Offer KC Homebuyer is seeking a Home Buying Consultant to meet with homeowners in person, listen first, and guide them through selling off-market with empathy.

You’ll help clients understand options, work with our team to estimate repairs and determine a fair offer, and present clear, transparent proposals.

The role requires honesty, reliability, and CRM activity in Salesforce, plus the ability to generate new leads in the community without pressure.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic tech comfort (email, Microsoft, CRM).
• Experience with Salesforce CRM training considered a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations to understand property and seller situation.
• Listen first, build trust, and help sellers feel supported.
• Collaborate with internal team to estimate repairs and determine offer numbers.
• Present offers clearly and confidently, ensuring seller understanding.
• Follow up with sellers with care and empathy.
• Enter notes and updates into Salesforce and track conversations.
• Occasionally make calls and network to generate new leads in the community.
• Uphold brand promises from first contact to post-sale follow-up.
