Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform duties in accordance with facility policies and safety rules.
• Make resident rounds at shift start and every two hours to administer care.
• Verify resident identity before care or meals.
• Report missing ID bands to admissions promptly.
• Make beds and keep bedside areas clean and organized.
• Ensure water pitchers are clean, filled, and within residents' reach.
• Complete other duties as assigned by nursing leadership.
