Job summary

Sweetwater Care in Montana is seeking a compassionate Nursing Assistant to provide routine nursing care under the direction of licensed staff, ensuring the highest quality resident care at all times.

The successful candidate will be enrolled in or possess a CNA credential, have at least six months of experience, and communicate clearly with residents, families and colleagues while maintaining a safe, respectful environment.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed or currently enrolled CNA.
• At least 6 months of CNA experience or clinical CNA training.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Able to interact with residents, families and staff professionally.
• Must be in good health and emotionally stable.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing care per policies and procedures.
• Make rounds at shift start and every two hours.
• Verify resident ID before care or meals.
• Make beds and tidy bedside areas.
• Ensure water pitchers are available and clean.
• Report any issues to Charge Nurse or Administrator.
