Responsibilities

• Conduct consultations to potential clients.
• Collect and input adequate data regarding prospective cases.
• Schedule appointments for callbacks to potential clients.
• Send and obtain signed retainers via email or text.
• Resolve client issues in a professional manner.

Skills

Excellent comprehension and critical-thinking skills

Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment

Typing speed of at least 35 WPM

Education

High school diploma or GED

College degree preferred
