The position analyzes emissions data, designs and monitors vehicle test programs, and contributes to CARB's official emissions inventory work. Strong writing and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders are essential.

Responsibilities

• Design, conduct and monitor vehicle test programs and analyze emissions data.
• Evaluate vehicle activity from data sources and analyze large datasets.
• Communicate results effectively to CARB staff and external partners.
