Qualifications

  • Medical clearance required prior to hire.
  • Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) required with application.
  • SOQ must include name and job control number; max 2 pages.
  • Describe interest and provide test report/protocol you authored.

Responsibilities

  • Amend existing gasoline vapor recovery certification and test procedures.
  • Evaluate existing stationary source test methods and develop new test methods.
  • Support CARB rulemaking with tech evaluations, literature reviews, emission calculations, and economic analyses.
  • Prepare technical support documents and regulatory text.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and facilitate outreach activities.
  • May require in-state overnight travel.
