Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Meet with injured workers and communicate directly with clients.
• Review medical records, claim files, and workers’ compensation documents.
• Develop strategy for Nevada workers’ compensation claims.
• Negotiate with insurance adjusters and defense counsel.
• Prepare clients for hearings and testimony.
• Attend hearings before Nevada Hearing Officers and Appeals Officers.
• Draft briefs, motions, and settlement documents.
• Evaluate benefits such as permanent partial disability.
• Move cases toward resolution with deadlines managed.
