As an Associate Workers’ Compensation Attorney, you will work with our attorneys and case management team while gradually taking responsibility for your own caseload.

Prior workers’ compensation experience is helpful but not required.
Experience in personal injury, insurance defense, administrative law, litigation, or another client-facing practice is also valuable.
At DBLF, you will not spend your first several years sitting in an office doing research while someone else practices law.
You will practice law.
You will talk to clients, analyze cases, negotiate with insurance companies, attend hearings, make strategic decisions, and learn how to move a case from intake through resolution.
You will also have the support of experienced attorneys and an established workers’ compensation team while you learn.

Salary range: $125,000–$135,000 per year, depending on experience (DOE).
