Job summary

Propelled Brands is seeking a Manager of Emerging Technologies & Digital Signage for the FASTSIGNS brand. The role leads exploration, evaluation, and implementation of innovative tech, with a focus on digital signage, CMS platforms, and related software across the FASTSIGNS network.

The position requires hands-on evaluation, vendor engagement, and development of training assets to enable franchisees. Travel and extended hours may be required as part of network support.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in the signage and graphics industry.
• Experience evaluating, testing, and recommending equipment or software with objective comparisons.
• Working knowledge of digital signage systems and content management platforms.
• Practical experience applying AI tools to business workflows.

Responsibilities

• Research, identify, and evaluate emerging technologies for the FASTSIGNS network.
• Design and execute pilot programs to validate new technologies.
• Maintain a forward-looking technology roadmap and deliver go/no-go recommendations to leadership.
• Translate research findings into training and enablement assets including webinars and e-learning.
