Panera in Richmond, VA is seeking a Team Manager to join the bakery-cafe leadership team. You will help run shifts, develop team members, and uphold high standards our guests expect.

You will lead, coach, and develop staff to exceed goals in service and guest experience, while participating in hiring and training. This role requires flexibility for nights and weekends and completion of a background check.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• 1+ years of restaurant management experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead great shifts while directing, motivating, coaching and developing others in a fast-paced environment.
• ServSafe certification (or ability to achieve certification).
• Flexible hours including nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
• Background check required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage team members, coaching, inspiring, and motivating to exceed goals in sales, speed, order accuracy, and guest experience.
• Help run great shifts as part of the bakery-cafe's leadership team.
• Participate in interviewing and selection processes.
• Train staff in food safety standards and ensure compliance.
