Merck & Co. is launching an Emerging Talent Rotational (ETR) Program designed to build a strong foundation through three distinct rotations over three years.

You will gain hands-on experience in procurement, supplier management, workplace and digital strategy functions, while collaborating with teams across GSMG and GWES. Ideal candidates are college graduates or have a high school diploma with experience, displaying leadership, analytical thinking, and adaptability to rotate through areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or minimum high school diploma with at least 2 years of experience.
• Ideal candidates demonstrate leadership, analytical, inquisitive, perceptive, quick learners.

Responsibilities

• Participate in three rotations over three years across GSMG and GWES.
• Support procurement, supplier management, workplace services, and digital strategy initiatives.
• Collaborate with colleagues, suppliers, and stakeholders across our global network.
