Job summary

Merck’s Emerging Talent Rotational (ETR) Program in GSMG and GWES offers three years of rotations across procurement, supplier management, workplace services, and digital strategy. You will develop foundational sourcing, procurement, project mgmt, and digital insights to support global innovation and operational excellence.

Participants gain exposure to diverse rotations, working with suppliers and internal teams, with a hybrid setup in Pennsylvania and New Jersey offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or high school diploma with at least 2 years of professional experience.
• Demonstrated leadership, analytical, communication, and adaptability skills.
• Preferred: data analysis, project management, category management, and process design.

Responsibilities

• Engage in diverse rotations—R&D sourcing, indirect procurement, direct materials sourcing, real estate and technology procurement—by supporting strategic initiatives, supplier performance and process improvements.
