NetJets is seeking a Talent Programs Specialist to support internship programs, campus engagement, and onboarding initiatives. You will coordinate events, communications, and candidate experiences across the talent lifecycle.

Based in Columbus, OH, the role collaborates with HR and employer branding to attract emerging talent and improve program effectiveness. Strong organization and communication skills are essential for success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Human Resources or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in talent programs.
• Experience with campus engagement and onboarding preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Supports the planning and execution of internship and emerging talent programs.
• Coordinates intern engagement activities, program communications, events, and participant experiences.
• Assists with facilitation and delivery of corporate new hire orientation.
• Supports planning and execution of internal and external hiring events.
• Represents the organization at colleges, universities, technical schools, community events, and professional networking events.
• Assists with development and execution of talent attraction campaigns and engagement initiatives.
• Builds relationships with students, campus partners, community organizations, and prospective talent.
• Coordinates career fairs, information sessions, campus visits, and talent engagement activities.
• Collaborates with Employer Brand and Marketing partners on talent attraction materials and communications.
• Provides coordination and support for internship events, onboarding activities, and talent program initiatives.
• Supports special projects related to emerging talent programs, talent attraction, and candidate experience.
