Job summary

Apex Fintech Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Early Careers & Employer Brand Program Coordinator to join the HR team, supporting the entire employee lifecycle.

This role offers exposure to recruitment, event planning, program development, employee engagement, and talent development, with on-site and remote possibilities and travel as needed.

You'll collaborate across teams to launch meaningful programs that attract and nurture diverse early career talent at Apex.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• Internship or experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, event planning, or project management is strongly preferred.
• Leadership experience in campus organizations such as fraternities, sororities, or student councils is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with full-cycle early careers program management from planning to onboarding and evaluation.
• Coordinate recruitment events, campus fairs, interviews, and logistical materials.
• Support talent development workshops and initiatives to engage and grow talent.
• Manage requisitions, data tracking, social posts, and recruitment materials.
• Partner with universities and vendors to promote Apex programs.
• Provide on-site and virtual support for events and workshops.
• Travel to recruitment fairs and campus visits as required.
• Incorporate Agentic AI into workflows for reporting, engagement, and metrics.
• Support launch of an employee brand champion program to strengthen engagement.
