Job summary

KPFF Consulting Engineers is seeking an Early Career Design Engineer for its New York City office located in Tribeca. This role is ideal for early-career engineers eager to build a strong technical foundation while gaining hands-on experience with various projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• EIT certification (or ability to obtain within 6 months).
• Exposure to structural analysis/design software (ETABS, SAP2000, RAM, etc.).
• Familiarity with Revit and/or AutoCAD.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support structural analysis and design for a variety of building projects.
• Assist in preparing calculations, reports, and construction documents.
• Contribute to multiple projects simultaneously.

Skills

Structural analysis/design software exposure (ETABS, SAP2000, RAM)

Familiarity with Revit and/or AutoCAD
