Walgreens Co. is seeking a Store Operations Manager to supervise customer service associates and manage front-end operations, including pharmacy and retail activities.

The role partners with the Store Manager to meet company objectives, lead a team, recruit, train, and ensure compliant, customer-focused service. Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent supervisory experience.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, strong ethics and communication skills.
• Completion of Store Manager training or willingness to complete Walgreens Leadership Essentials within 12 weeks.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including extended days, evenings, and weekends; potential relocation for advancement.
• Ability to transfer to other Walgreens retail assets within the same hiring area.
