Responsibilities

• Supervises customer service associates and store front end operations.
• Supports Store Manager to achieve company deliverables and covers duties in absence of the Store Manager.
• Leads recruitment, hiring, performance management and discipline for team members.
• Analyzes store performance data and drives improvements in sales and profitability.
• Oversees cash management, inventory, and adherence to policies and legal requirements.
• Mentors and trains team members, ensuring customer service excellence and operational effectiveness.
