Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership abilities with professional business ethics, self‑motivation, and strong communication skills.
• Fluent English – reading, writing, and speaking.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including extended days, evenings, and weekends.
• Willingness to relocate or transfer to other Walgreens locations within the same hiring area if offered promotion.
• Completion of LEAP or Walgreens Leadership Essentials training (if placed in ESM role) within 12 weeks of start date.

Responsibilities

• Supervises customer service associates and front-end operations to maintain store performance.
• Supports Store Manager with overall operation and schedules; assumes duties in Store Manager’s absence.
• Leads recruitment, performance management, discipline, and development of team members.
• Manages inventory, pricing changes, and merchandising to improve store sales and profitability.
• Provides coaching and training to improve customer service metrics and store operations.
• Ensures compliance with company policies, laws, and safety, including alcohol, tobacco, and pharmacy products.
