Job summary

Walgreens Co. is seeking a Store Operations Supervisor to oversee customer service associates and front-end operations, supporting the Pharmacy and Retail Store to meet company targets.

You will recruit, coach, and discipline team members; drive customer experience, manage scheduling, inventory, cash handling, and compliance; and assist the Store Manager with store performance. Flexibility for extended hours and potential career growth to Store Manager is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with solid academic record, all majors welcome OR completed Walgreens Community Internship Program OR High School Diploma/GED with two years supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage store team members, including recruitment, hiring, performance management and discipline.
• Engage customers and patients to ensure a positive experience and resolve complaints.
• Oversee store operations, scheduling, and adherence to policies, including cash handling and inventory management.
• Support Store Manager in planning, data analysis, and strategic initiatives.
• Assist in training and development to build a pipeline of future leaders.
