Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Walgreens internship or two years in a supervisory role.
• Fluent in English (except in Puerto Rico).
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including extended days, evenings, and weekend hours.
• Willingness to accept promotion into Store Manager position, which could require relocation within the same area.
• Ability to transfer to other Walgreens retail assets located within the same hiring Area.

• Supervise customer service associates and front-end/store operations.
• Recruit, hire, and manage performance of direct reports; discipline when needed.
• Improve store sales and profitability; assist in pharmacy and store operations.
• Collaborate with external partners to support Walgreens initiatives and community outreach.
• Utilize data and feedback to drive fact-based decisions and actions.
• Oversee cash handling, inventory, and cost control across front end and pharmacy.
• Ensure compliance with laws, policies, and store security; maintain asset protection.
• Provide training and development; ensure team knowledge of computer systems.
