Responsibilities
  1. Supervises customer service associates and designated hitters. Responsible for managing the front end of the store and making recommendations on the overall operations of the Pharmacy and Retail Store.
  2. Supports Store Manager with overall store operations to achieve company goals; works alternate schedule with the Store Manager; assumes responsibilities in the Manager's absence; ensures proper merchandising, store asset protection, and improves sales and profitability.
  3. Leads and manages store team members, including recruitment, hiring, performance management, and discipline.
  4. Enhances customer experience by engaging customers, resolving complaints, and modeling customer service best practices.
  5. Monitors customer service metrics, provides coaching and training, and develops improvement plans.
  6. Supervises store operations, including assigning daily activities, managing schedules, and overseeing inventory and cash management.
  7. Collaborates with external partners for community outreach and supports data-driven decision-making.
  8. Ensures store cleanliness, safety, and compliance with policies and laws.
  9. Analyzes financial and performance data to support business growth.
  10. Leads and trains team members, manages performance, and develops talent pipelines.
  11. Completes training programs and commits to personal development.
  12. Communicates effectively with team members and supports store strategy planning.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; management experience preferred.
  • Leadership skills, business ethics, self-motivation, and strong communication skills.
  • Willingness to complete required training and work flexible hours.
  • Ability to transfer to other locations within the same area.
Additional Information
