Responsibilities include supervising customer service associates, managing the front end of the store, and making operational recommendations for the Pharmacy and Retail Store. Supports the Store Manager in overall store operations, including staffing, merchandising, asset protection, and sales growth.

Leads and manages store team members, including recruitment, performance management, and discipline to ensure engagement and performance aligned with company goals.

Customer Experience

• Engages with customers and patients, resolving complaints and providing assistance to ensure a positive experience.
• Monitors customer service quality, provides coaching, and develops improvement plans.
• Improves customer service metrics.

Operations

• Supervises daily store operations, including scheduling, cash management, inventory, and store maintenance.
• Collaborates with external partners and supports community outreach efforts.
• Uses data and team input for decision-making and monitors store performance.

Business Performance Management

• Analyzes financial and performance data to create improvement plans.
• Supports pharmacy operations and identifies sales opportunities.
