Responsibilities include:

1. Supervising customer service associates and designated hitters, managing front end operations, and making recommendations for Pharmacy and Retail Store operations.
2. Supporting the Store Manager in overall store operations, including managing schedules, merchandise, store assets, and store sales and profitability.
3. Leading and managing store team members, including recruitment, hiring, performance management, and discipline.
4. Enhancing customer experience by engaging with customers, resolving complaints, and sharing best practices.
5. Monitoring customer service metrics and coaching team members for improvements.
6. Overseeing store operations such as assigning daily tasks, managing inventory, cash management, and ensuring store cleanliness and safety.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, including supervisory experience or completion of Walgreens Community Internship Program.
• Leadership skills, strong communication, and business acumen.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and accept promotion opportunities.
• Fluency in English (except Puerto Rico).
• Ability to transfer within Walgreens locations.
