Responsibilities

• Lead by example as a Sandwich Artist and supervise daily operations.
• Monitor productivity and adjust employee hours as needed.
• Manage inventory, coupon logs, spot checks, and post-close reconciliations.
• Order food as needed and track rotation of stock.
• Open and close the store; complete catering orders as required.
• Bake bread to Subway standards and support store manager with shift coverage.
