Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older at promotion.
• Flexible availability for all shifts.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Intermediate math for handling transactions and reconciliations.
• Ability to train and motivate employees for performance.
• Proficiency with computers and basic software tools.
• Must pass a background check.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance for bank-related duties.

Responsibilities

• Employee scheduling, payroll, and onboarding paperwork.
• Conducting interviews, hiring, and training new team members.
• Explaining company policies, security and AV guidelines to new hires.
• Coaching employees to meet performance standards and resolve violations.
• Maintaining customer satisfaction and resolving concerns professionally.
• Managing inventory, food orders, and store cleanliness to health standards.
• Meet company expectations for productivity, sales, and food cost.
• Communicate effectively with staff and the Regional Manager.
• Complete Subway University training courses.

Key Responsibilities:
