Walgreens is seeking a Store Manager to supervise customer service associates, front-end operations, and overall store performance. You will partner with the Store Manager to drive profitability while ensuring excellent customer experiences and compliance with policies.

You will lead recruitment, training, and performance management, manage scheduling and inventory, and collaborate with pharmacy operations to meet company deliverables across the store network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience.
• Pharmacy Technician license as required by state.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with ability to train and coach teams.
